£57m London Consortium Community Equipment Service

Client: Leading National Equipment Provider

Contract Value: £57 million per annum

Contract Duration: Four years Sector: Health and Social Care

We were engaged to support a major national provider in their bid for the London Consortium’s Community Equipment Service – the largest contract of its kind in the UK. The opportunity required the submission of over 200 individual responses, each aligned with borough-specific requirements, NHS and local authority objectives, and the overarching delivery model.

Over a three-month period, we led a team of writers, managed version control, and established consistent formatting and language across all documents. We embedded key win themes around community enablement, logistical responsiveness, and value-for-money, while ensuring each borough’s nuances were addressed. Close collaboration with operational leads ensured the offer was not only compliant, but genuinely reflective of service capability.

The submission was successful, securing the £57m per annum contract across the four-year term. Our ability to scale up support while maintaining attention to detail was critical to this success.
