We were engaged to write and manage a bid for a local authority contract to deliver adaptation works across 140 residential properties. The specification required detailed responses covering end-to-end project management, safeguarding, resident liaison, and equality of access.
We developed responses showcasing our client’s understanding of inclusive design, tenant-centred delivery, and compliance with DFG requirements. Risk management, scheduling efficiency, and partnership working with occupational therapists were core features of the narrative.
The contract was awarded in full, demonstrating our capability in the housing adaptations and disability access space.
