We were engaged to deliver full bid management for a Soft Facilities Management contract tendered by the Ministry of Defence. The contract covered several distinct service lines across multiple Lots, each with specific compliance frameworks and service deliverables.
Working closely with the operational and compliance teams, we developed a master bid plan, individual Lot strategies, and aligned win themes focused on secure service delivery, rapid deployment, and workforce vetting. Technical responses were authored and reviewed through a structured governance process, ensuring consistency and strength across the board.
The resulting submission demonstrated our client’s operational readiness and assurance capability across all proposed Lots. The success of this bid established a strong presence for our client within the MOD’s FM supply chain.
