Client: NHS Wheelchair and Equipment Service Provider
Contract Type: Integrated Health Services
Location: Suffolk
We were engaged to support a joint submission for Suffolk’s Integrated Community Equipment and Wheelchair Service. The bid required the integration of two service areas – traditionally procured separately – into a single streamlined delivery model.
Our team led the development of a cohesive service narrative, capturing operational synergies, shared logistics, single points of access, and clinical governance. We worked directly with clinical leads and operations staff to map pathways, articulate compliance with NHS commissioning priorities, and demonstrate co-production with service users.
The contract was successfully awarded. Our approach helped the client demonstrate value for money, integrated care pathways, and improved service user experience.
